Canada’s Health Care System is founded on the principles of universal access and equity. Life expectancy in Canada is 81.6 years, which is 1.3 years higher than the average for other OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation Development) countries. Canadians generally speak positively about the care, communication and respect they receive from their primary care physician (family doctor).

Unfortunately, despite being a top spender (11.2% of GDP) compared to other OECD countries Canada ranked LAST (10th) in terms of access to primary care with Canadians finding it increasingly more difficult to access primary care (especially on a same, or next-day doctor’s appointments basis). Other weakness of Canada’s “health” system for Canadians are:

• wait times often last months (even) years,
• Canada has fewer hospital beds and medical technologies than other developed countries leading to bottlenecks,
• high costs raise questions about efficiency, sustainability and value received (considering Canada is a top-spender with Canadians heavily taxed to pay for the related services received), and
• access to primary care is declining and regional disparities contribute significant inequalities that exacerbate these problems in certain provinces and territories.

Nothing new about this!

The performance and value of Canada’s Health Care System have languished behind those of other countries for decades at a level described in the chart that follows:

This will not change (other than worsen) unless we show the will to make MEANINGFUL improvements at the point of primary care!

TRANSFORMING primary care through Cellular Health!

Replenishing Care is completely non-invasive and non-drug with each chosen component Tool/Technology:

• EITHER giving cells back the power, oxygen or other resources to heal, repair and perform,
• OR helping the body return to (and stay) in homeostasis and musculoskeletal balance and does so
• WITHOUT causing any harm.
• Contributing a specific, unique and incremental benefit to the healing, repair and return to function process, adapting to the user, amplifying the contributions of the other technologies as they work synergistically and thereby more effectively when used together.

In addition to these immediate effects related to pain, ROM, energy and well-being Replenishing Care works at the cellular level to enhance cellular performance, boost oxygenation, improve muscle strength/bone density, slow aging, and disrupt developing disease causes and risk factors – in a primordial care way.

Augments and amplifies current methods and resources!

RC is a non-invasive, non-drug, standardized and consistent way for Provinces to better utilize and leverage the skill and knowledge of their Medical Doctors by giving them a tool that will make (about) 95% of people feel better and raise their hope – including those residing in small population (even remote locations).

Toward this end, RC works according to rigidly administered Standardized Operating Procedures (SOP) so doctors can prescribe RC - confident in the quality and consistency of the services their patients will receive.

Regional disparities and challenges

Replenishing Care is delivered in “stations” that are designed to be easily, efficiently and economically transported and replicated – enabling Provinces to provide impactful health services (far beyond anything offered previously) matched to population bases.

An RC station requires about 225 sq ft – and can be setup in any professional setting (e.g. a boardroom). Province-wide implementation of Replenishing Care may be actualized using under-utilized or even surplus buildings and spaces (provided they meet standard ventilation and other health and safety requirements).

We believe the ONLY way Canada will ever address the truth of its under-performing Health Care system is for a Canadian Premier/Provincial Government to demonstrate the political will to truly make a living and lasting difference in the lives of those who elected them and the generations that follow.
